Project: Design/Build Services for Office Space Tenant Improvements
Proposals Due: 5 pm, Wednesday, January 18, 2022

The Ritzville Public Development Authority (PDA) is requesting design/build proposals for tenant improvement work at existing offices on the second floor of the Ritzville PDA Building, located at the southeast corner of W Main Avenue and N Washington Street in Ritzville, WA. Work will include but is not limited to cleanup and repair of existing walls and ceilings, new flooring, new lighting, power, and communications, servicing of existing mechanical heating units, and addition of ductless split-system cooling units to serve individual offices.

To ensure the proposers are aware of site-specific conditions, proposers must contact Dennis Chamberlin (509-347-6899) to schedule an individual site visit.  Site visits will be held between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm and must be scheduled for a date during the following periods: 

• December 26, 2022 – December 30, 2022

• January 2, 2023 – January 6, 2023

 All proposals must be received by the PDA via email no later than 5 pm, local time, on Wednesday January 18, as determined by the email receipt time.  Send proposals to [email protected].  Submit your proposal as one (1) PDF formatted file.  The email Subject Line should be addressed “Proposal for Design/Build Services for Office Space Tenant Improvements”.

 It is the responsibility of the proposer to ensure that the proposal is received prior to the deadline, date, and time.  Proposals received after the submission deadline will not be accepted.  The PDA encourages all proposers to send a test email to the delivery address [email protected] prior to the proposal due date to confirm that they have the correct email address.
